C5 Golfer
So I am coming down a run at WhistlerBlackcomb today and a guy in front of me runs over a squirrel with his skisas it ran accross the slope.. almost cuts hm in half.. so is it Road Kill or Run Kill? it was pretty ugly and have never heard of this happening before. Come close on my bike but never on a snowboard.
crucible
I know I'm gonna catch flak for this, but I'll say it anyway:"Got any pics?"

gdboytyler
I'd vote for "slope kill", but it sounds too much like something out of a Vietnam war movie.
BadBrad
I hit a squirrel on the slopes with my board several years ago, but the squirrel survived -- just bumped it actually. I did have one that ran into the spokes of my bicycle while I was riding on a bike path, and it wasn't so lucky.
dingbat
I clipped one at Bromley last year. Did the classic squirrel thing, kept running it's course as I tried to pull ahead of it, then when I transitioned to go behind it, it reversed direction and ran right under the nose of my board. I caught a piece of it, it rolled across the top of my deck in front of my front foot, then hobbled off into the woods.
Randy T.
The same thing happened at SES but nobody has come forward to say who hit the squirrel, it was just found dead in a trench. And yes there are pictures. Check out post #63.

Nope -- but imagine if you will the Canadian flag on the ground and a dead squirrel in the center of the maple leaf.
