crack676
Hi together Now I've finally found the time to edit a few clips of our new HD GoPro helmet camera. It is more about the various possible perspectives then for the technique, slopes or the editing, there are certainly better videos for that. And obviously, the video is too long The non-helmet camera shots are from pokkis, he deserves my thanks! And now, let's get ready to rumble... http://vimeo.com/9356007
shawndoggy
Way too long (LOL!) but good stuff. Can you post a few pics of your camera mounts?
crack676
Here's a pic of my mounting kit. I used a part of the mountain-bike kit and mounted it on a small steel plate with some foam between plate and board.

Wun
the footage 1:35 into the vid with the rearward view mounted from the helmet was unexpectedly awesome, being able to see the trenches pathing left and right.

Yes! Great rooster-tails, too. :)
crack676
Is there something wrong with cracky cracker? I did'nt mind a lot when i was creating the account. Does this mean some stupid things. I ask because english isn't my native. Back to topic: The mounting kit on the pictures is also usuable on the front binding, you can adjust the angle. www.oldsnowboards.com
I thought this was a fun light hearted video with a very clever "Credits" on toilet paper at the end. Sort of linked to your video. <object width="400" height="225"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="movie" value="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=9047342&server=vimeo.com&show_title=1&show_byline=1&show_portrait=0&color=&fullscreen=1&group_id=" /><embed src="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=9047342&server=vimeo.com&show_title=1&show_byline=1&show_portrait=0&color=&fullscreen=1&group_id=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" width="400" height="225"></embed></object><p><a href=" ">КТО ИСПОРТИЛ ВЕЛЬВЕТ?</a> from <a href="http://vimeo.com/user3059784'>http://vimeo.com/user3059784">Salomeya</a> on <a href="http://vimeo.com">Vimeo</a>.</p>

Indeed this video is very very funny. I also like the idea with the toilet paper, but also the scared eyes are great.
JacobtheJewler
Nice vid you may want to consider playing around mounting you camera in different spots..the helmet cam to me is only good to shoot other boarders.. it's too high and you don't get a good perspective as too what is going on exactly just to record yourself riding. The camera on the back of the board doesn't work too well either cause the snow just buds up on the lens and you can't see a clear image. The best spot to me is right at the front of the board facing the rider..i have some awesome footage and can't wait to edit everything throw some music with it and post up on youtube. I posted a couple of pictures on personal best carving photo page 10 I believe from the front of the board..enjoy and have fun i love my gopro hd best camera money can buy:biggthump
