Spiny Norman
Hi All, Found a Prior (non-Alpine) in a consignment shop that has a mid 90's feel to it. I'm considering making a splitboard out of it. Were the prior boards well built back then. thanks.
Sultan Guy
I have an older Prior 4WD that is in great shape. Not sure of the exact year. Great reputation in my neck of the woods.
Dave ESPI
WHAT ? Listen, I've been around enough to know that despite never having ridden one of those boards that they are top knotch. Especialy with knowing the work that goes into making a board of quality. If it is a custom designed board for a speciffic rider, it may not be your particular needs or taste, but will still be of superior ride over that of many komersh boards. BlueB
Some of the very old squaretails had tail delam problems. Basically if it is still fine after all those years, there are no problems...
bobdea
lots of priors take a lot of base grinding to get flat, mike desantis of PTC has told me this and I have made my own observations. some of the real old race decks would delam like a above poster mentioned. I'd still feel better about a prior than most boards though.....
