refried Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 I have nothing but good things to say about Jeff, Scott, and Catek. When the first series of FR2 Pros came out some parts were not as strong as they were intended to be and I was breaking them. I was able to call Scott on Monday morning (11 or 12 eastern time) and have new parts on Friday, when I broke those he sent out more parts and spares. After a few other breakages like mine they redesigned the parts and sent me them to try for a few weeks before the mountain closed, success, no more broken parts. That summer I sent the new prototype parts back to be inspected and received the new redesigned parts that are now on the newer bindings in September.
