Pow Posted February 16, 2008 Report Share Posted February 16, 2008 these are rat traps: they work kinda like a rat trap, you place your toe in the toe bail, then put pressure on the heel block and the heel bail snaps into place. (with possibly enough force to break a finger) edit: I don't have these, sorry. My friend might be willing to trade for a nicer pair of bindings!
