Gtanner
A buddy of mine dropped off his board for a wax and tune (did it ever need it). It's a cheapo LLB board, but it has a Kildy Flex system installed (made by 24/7). Seemed like overkill to have a conshox-esque install on such a cheap board. My buddy got it cheap at a second-hand sports shop, so he doesn't know. Anyone else seen these or know anything about them? I'm just curious. -Gord
bobdea
they work! probably would be suited for a better board but sometimes you gotta deal with what you have. I'm not sure if the kildy plates were a tinkler thing but they are fairly similar.....
boarderboy
from the LL Bean catalogue, maybe 11 or 12 years ago? Never rode one. Never even saw one. But I remember the Kildevald (sp?) "suspension system" on the boards. Maybe you can get us a performance feedback from the rider...?
RJ-PS
I had one of the LLBean Kildy boards not too long ago. I just couldn't get over the weight, it was like having two boards strapped on. It was definitely a fun ride because it was nice and damp, but I blew up my hand and ha to have some hardware installed when I was on one and the superstitious side of me won't go back.
