AK in PA
Anyone think their googles offer good peripheral vision? Please post, as my neck is growing weary of craning to see what I might be cutting in front of.
crucible
If you have a narrow face, then Oakley A-frames could be the ticket....
skategoat
Scott Classic: http://www.skichalet.com/Scott_Classic_p/0081063930106.htm I've worn these for 10 years. I have tried other goggles, namely my kid's and I'm appalled by the lack of peripheral vision and the ridiculous tinting. The Scott Classics are superb. Jack M
My googles have too much peripheral vision. Can you suggest a search engine that would just give like 10 really good hits?
Chubz
Jack Its funny that you mentioned this. I brought it up with the guy I ride with on Sunday. I have been thinking about what it would take to start a goggle ( ihave the ideas but no resources or funding)brand called Peripherals- that have an extended field of vision that extend a couple extra inches back. We especially need them for resorts with high volume of humanoids. Let me know if you find anything. it may be a matter of jerry rigging a few test pair to accomplish it. Its time to frankenstein in the garage. If I come up with any prototypes, I will bring to ECES along with some of the downhill skateboards I have been building. dingbat
I've got a pair of cheap Scott goggles that are good. Can't remember the model name though. I've had them for years and years now.
dredman
I have about 20 days on my POC Lobes and love them. I usually hardly ever wore goggles because of restricted lateral vision from goggles.
