Pow
anybody know anything about DSM hardboots? the carvers almanac says theyre the same as head, but they come in three different styles, which seem comparable in function to the Indy, Suzuka and Lemans (and similar in color too). Their website is hard to navigate at first, you have to click on the boxes toward the bottom left of the screen. http://www.dsmsports.com/home.swfdoes anybody have experience with them and how they ride? dr. sandman
(couldn't copy a picture of the DSM boot) Looks like the same shell, with different buckles, different adjuster on the spine, and different liner/booster strap. Seems like I just saw a similar discussion where a smaller company was having a larger company punch boots out of their molds with different plastics and calling them their own. Don't know how easy they are to get, or how much they are, but if all is similar, I would go for some Head.
D-Sub
head/blax/dsm same thing, just changing hands.
Aracan
When Blax was still Head, a local shop carried Blax as well as DSM hardboots. They were the same, only the DSM were a bit cheaper - sort of like an OEM version, since DSM is the actual maker, AFAIK.
