  1. really? that's actually quite reasonable. are you sure of this, with the length and all? I mean no offense but I think you are mistaken. Obviously there's a difference between going from the US to the UK or EU, but...I'd be really surprised to see it only $100 to ship a 198 from Scotland to the US! Best of luck with that!
  2. Plenty of folks know about schweitzer, and several of them post here. Forgot who but one dude here posts a "schweetzer report"...
  3. that cat track at the start, that goes back around to 14 and stuff...launching off that cat track into the trees is a BLAST. That couloir under 14 is fun too when it's filled in. interesting seeing runs I've taken all dry
  4. If I had the power, I'd have done the docu a little differently, but it gets the point across effectively you might want to watch "why we fight" too. Demonstrates the power of the Military Industrial Complex. These things all tie together. oh, by the way... here's the American Drug War official site, just to do things right: http://americandrugwar.com/
  5. utahcarver rant FTW! I urge any and all to watch this: American Drug War Mark...I, too, cringe at the idea of "legalization" which is why I simply argue for decriminalization ie stop making me a criminal for personal choices! If a user oversteps his bounds, causes injury, then there's a problem but until then...
  6. and I respect you immensely for that! We all do it. Every one of us on some topic or other. Being able to recognize and change it is what matters. There's no reason you "should" smoke pot. It's not necessary or vital, but...my sole argument is that it is ethically wrong to jail people for doing so. Even for using other, admittedly harder drugs. I honestly don't know if there's any proof that smoke itself is carcinogenic. Maybe, but...we inhale carcinogens all day every day. Exhaust from cars, industrial waste, etc. Inhaling smoke is not "good" for us, but again...that does not justify making something illegal or jailing people. The State is not our protector. Our choices are our protector. I'm not a huge fan of busting people for DUI, either. DUI in and of itself is not a crime. DUI busts are nothing but revenue for the State, but I can see your point, and if we were to legalize pot I'm sure most people would be fine with moderate regulation regarding places of use, etc.
  7. quoted Jim because it's easier, but want to address petrol YES, hard drugs cause problems, or rather the users of them who allow it to get out of control do, but if the only thing a user does is use, not factoring in anything else, just USE....should they go to jail for that?
  8. Without having read the rest of the thread after your post yet, if you are sincere and did what you say you did, I just wanted to give you "props" for taking the time, doing some research, and being open minded about a rather difficult topic.

Nonsense. Everything I said is true. Calling someone a redneck is racist, and I know damn well that LeeW is all about being PC and would certainly not like having his "race" or "handicaps" pointed out. That said...deep end? I was never in anything but the deep end.

you know...I'm really tired of people who would normally be quite PC using this term. Redneck and White Trash are the last two acceptable racial terms, and since they apply to whites no one raises a stink. What about that video illustrates anything to do with rednecks? shotguns? t-shirts? jeans? GOLF? cmon, Lee...you're asian, right? OK, so...if I see an asian doing martial arts or something funny like asians do can I say YEAAAAHHH, NIPS? Or...you're DEAF, right? I can't think of any specific stereotypes for deaf people but the point is the same.

those reactions seem genuine! wtf? where's the swat team?

    Question,

unless you're blending or juicing them fresh or darn close to it, you're not getting anywhere near the nutrients you could be. get a good blender, throw in some organic blueberries and plums (whole, minus seed of course). Add some spinach and water...blend it all real good... bam.
  13. right, so...PUT THEM IN JAIL! TAKE AWAY THEIR POSSESSIONS! RUIN THEIR FAMILIES! THEY SMOKED SOME POT! cmon. Not sure who said that. I certainly didn't. I know first hand what hard drugs can do to people. Except...that stuff happened regardless of laws. Laws very rarely, if ever, prevent behavior.
  14. Only slightly related since commercial hemp is NOT an inebriant, but Ron Paul has introduced HR 1009 which will "allow" (wow...I have to ask permission?) citizens to farm hemp plant for commercial uses. If you are not familiar without how flexible the hemp plant is, I urge you to do the research. I am seriously considering growing hemp for income. It is incredibly easy to grow, requires very little maintenance, and is highly profitable.
  15. Not people I hang with. I fly solo. But, people I know or know of, especially Joe Rogan.
  16. A lot of people. You only need one question mark, friend. I didn't say anything of the sort, BUT, yes. If people focused on personal growth and introspection instead of numbing themselves, we could (I did not say would) improve as a whole. Yes, I know. Again...you're literally "putting words in my mouth here" making inferences that I did not make. I am not arguing for prohibition and am trying to figure out where you got that notion. actually, very few people "fought back" during the prohibition except for mobsters and runners. I'm all for revolution though. The jackasses have been jerking us around for far too long. Not all stoners are hippies though, but weed doesn't exactly inspire aggressive behavior. It's never too late. done.
  17. If you've never heard the notion that pot smoking enlightens the smoker, well...you're either not paying attention or aren't around pot smokers much, OR maybe the smokers you know just take it for what it's worth, an intoxicant, and don't attach mystical qualities to it.
  18. you know what's kinda funny? my stance is that some really, really, really sick stuff is happening in America politically. I won't go into it but a few are in agreement with me here. DRUGS are part of the sedation that allows these things to continue to happen. Why do people drink so much? Escape. Smoke? Escape. Shoot up? Escape. Some say weed awakens us, englightens us. I don't buy it. So I find it kinda contradictory that on one hand I am screaming WAKE THE HELL UP, PEOPLE while at the same time...well hang on...I'm not advocating the use of drugs, just arguing that I'm tired of Leviathan jailing people for it. Hey...I just solved my own moral dilemma! Nice! :)
  19. The domestic length restrictions allow shipping a pretty long board if packaged right. International shipping is much more complicated.
  20. Shipper goofed, he eats the cost. weigh and measure the package, then go online and get an exact amount regarding what it should have cost if shipper had complied with recipient's request, and pay that amount. Simple.
  21. me either. My mom lives there and told me about it once. neither of us smokes, but I thought it was funny that she knew about a "brand" of weed from her area. Lots of hippies there. Idiot hippies.
  22. you sure about that? growing a couple? as long as you do not seem to be selling? also...from what I've seen...it doesn't smell THAT strong while growing and yes, I meant outdoors somewhere. hey...curious...do you ever see something called Paonia Paralyzer?
  23. you oughta just grow your own anyway. 3 or 4 plants every spring/summer and you'd have a year's supply if you don't burn a lot. funny part is...I don't even smoke. the only drug I do anymore is alcohol, and the occasional toke, but I can't stand legislation of morality, and the costs of all this nonsense are astronomical. I hate the DEA almost as much as the CIA, IRS and ATF.
  24. my question was kinda dumb since the simplest law of economics almost always applies. Supply goes up, prices drop. Simple. Oh man..the money we'd save on prosecuting and incarcerating people!
  25. question do you think the price would go up or down in the marijuana market? $60+ an eighth, and even more at dispensaries...
