  1. My current 27.5's will be a little too big when they pack out. I've measured my feet several times, under 27.0 on both.
  2. Perfect, JP! That's the setup I'm looking for. Stock liners ok. BTW, I sent a 2nd email thru BOL - your ISP might be filtering them. E-mail me at businessjd (at) earthlink (dot) net And thanks, azrcd5 for the post - I think the Fire's were the stiffest they made, right? Probably a bit much for me. Thanks guys! JD
  3. Thanks a lot, RDY, I appreciate it. The 224's are the grey/black ones, right? And I'm not in a rush...Hope SES is a blast for ya
  4. If any fellow carvers out there have a pair for sale of 27.0 Raichle from either 200 or 300 series, let me know. I'd consider other brands as well. Looking for softer freecarve type boots... JD
  5. What's the cant on them? Where are you located? Hit me with an e-mail. Thanks, JD
  6. Hi Blair, no-one on Bomber or TC wanted it, so off it went to eBay & sold. Actually, just got back from shipping it. I would of happily passed it along to any of our little circle, but there it is...sorry. Joe
  7. A bump before it's off to eBay :-)

  9. Hi Gang, just saw someone put up an apparently new Prior 169 4WD, along with a new 2005 Prior 165 MFR. The "Buy It Now" price is $489. Seems cheap compared to full retail http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=21250&item=7123229365&rd=1 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=21250&item=7123229416&rd=1 I don't have anything to do with the ad, or the seller, so don't e-mail me if you have questions. Happy Holidays to all! Joe D.

  11. Thanks, B-2, you've got mail! Joe
  12. Does anybody have a set of Burton race/carrier/whatever/ toe levers they're willing to part with? Or any info on where to pick up xtra Burton parts? Any info appreciated! Joe
  13. And I can't wait for them to arrive!! Another Bomber to Bomber deal...how cool is that? Joe
  14. Hi Mark, do they include 3-hole and 4-hole disk's? Thanks, Joe
  15. Thanks a lot, that's a generous offer, and I'll keep it in mind! 172 would definitely be long for me. With luck we'll get more snow this weekend... I live in Manhattan Beach (good fer surfin') Joe
  16. If anybody has any old gear, to pass along to a (relatively) beginner carver, I am looking for a Volkl Spline, maybe a F2 Speedcross, or possibly Burton Coil to try a more carve oriented style. I've been riding plates since 1995, but only very sporadically. Using angles of 42/36 on a old Sims Soul Carve 160. Width is key due to my stance angles and boot size. Any other tips/info also greatly appreciated.
