i got the same problem. with the same boot too(i'm on my 3rd season on them with custom footbed) but i had to loosen all the buckles after every run, kinda pain in the @ss. and it's never the same, sometimes it would be too tight = Pain ++, or too loose and = heel lifts :( i have the BTS installed it helped a little. but still they feel great if im riding..as soon as i stop for more then 2 mins = pain well just picked up a pair of UPZ from Ray. hopefully it will slove a few of those problems.

i was thinking about using one of those new sky diving full face helmet.. they seem to form pretty closely around the face/chin area. but haven't found one yet.

ah damn guess i missed it eh... i guess riding in Colorado instead wasn't too bad eh ;) hehe sorry for rubbing it in..but.. after 3 days of carving a storm here in CO, every hardbooter MUST hit up CO at least once!! ..can't really put it in words.. but WOW !!

damnnnnnn you guys have it GOOD here in CO :P after Keystone on sat nite, Vail on Sunday, and Breckenridge on monday I NV all you Colorado-ians. had TONS of fun, cant wait till i get to ride in CO again, hopefully next year. and forsure i will make a trip out to the shop, and be like a fat kid in a candy store!!

ah well hopefully i will run in to some locals out there. im flying out on tues afternoon 3pm flight. how far is your shop from say Keystone? or from Denver international airport.. maybe i could talk my friend driving me there and slowly convert him to hardboots :) but thanks for the invite !! hopefuly i will run into some ppl at Vail as well

from flat ontario Canada.. was out at Tahoe last year had a great time. wanted to try something new.. so decided to hit up CO :) a friend of mine is taking me around for the wkend.. hitting keystone tomorrow. then somewhere. then vail should be good !! just hope my board it long enough :) i should of brough the nidecker 183. but i only have 3d mounting plates for the td2. else i would have to ride os1.. and don't feel rite not riding Bomber stuff in CO :)
