"I was wondering if there was a possibility of a neck injury with the rigid extended chin guard". I'm in medical profession and I can't see how the chin guard can cause neck injury. One thing I know for sure is that once I am willing to carry a helmet along with the con's of its weight and everything else, I rather protect my jaws and teeth with the rest of my head!

Most of the Savoie region in France is good for carving. The ones I liked best were Val Thorens, Tignes, Val Disere (very close to Tignes). each resort has over 200 km of slopes,...some of them so wide,...ohh...I already miss them!

My friend asked me, why can't you use a motorcycle helmet instead of a ski/snowboard helmet? I told him something about the difference in weight and probably visual field difference. But I'm not sure,..so why can't we? thanks,

factory prime 164, almost new, used for 3 or 4 runs (less than a few hours), will consider trade (paying $$) for a longer proton or nidecker custom new or in very good condition.
