Thanksgiving this weekend in Canada new cases in Ontario at record level but hospital admissions not peaking yet. Probable spike in two weeks. Gov't advice is house hold members only for turkey feast. Pay attention i suspect your outcome in the US will be no better perhaps worse. Bars closed and restaurants are back to to take out. Need a nice covering of white stuff to erase the memory of what was and some hope for what might be !

Lets argue the facts after your dead ! Wearing a mask and cleaning your hands help to reduce the risk of contracting covid (the flue, common colds etc. ) as well as reducing the risk of spread. Unchecked it will kill lots of people controlled it will kill some. The outcome is entirely up to each of us. The fact that more aren't dead tells me some people have been contributing to the welfare of others while the latest increase tells me more people could be doing more to reduce the spread. It is up to you to choose life or death for yourself not for to you to decide for others. As for what is required behavior do i wear a helmet, buckle my seatbelt stop at a stop light ? Yes ! Lock downs ( i don't like the term but it is what it is ) are because too many people won't do the minimum that is required and for that we all pay the price. You can live like a pig in your own pen but the trouble starts when you mingle with the others. Lets say for argument sake we all decide tomorrow not to stop at the stop signs do you think anyone will get hurt ? Sometimes i wish the consequences for bad behavior were more severe. It seems that earth is getting flatter every day !

Sad and sorry is about all i can add. My hopes are this coward has many restless nites. I never feel completely relaxed riding unless i have a wing man usually my wife. My hope for the future would be that we promote the idea of not riding alone and by doubling up you have a witness as well as someone who could chase down the offending party. As in scuba diving the buddy system has many safety advantages i would encourage all to practice it.

I have the ability and intelligence to be aware of risk the resources to protect myself and the desire to live so i will protect my self from those who are unwilling to be good citizens or are ignorant of the facts of science and what exponential growth is . Anybody know what color of jacket is correct for the upcoming season ?

Boots that fit well are a rare thing. You do whatever it takes to make it better. Boots are symmetrical your feet usually aren't. Best fitting boot i had used leather liners boots died and i should have saved the liners. I Pitched them in the shop stove and have regretted it ever since

Skwalers are freaks no mater the venue. If you have the nerve to try one your probably going to find some fun is to be had but the curve is different than alpine boards. If you have a chance jump on a slalom water ski it's a lot easier to get used to the balance thing without worrying about the trees that come up fast when your on the hill. speed is your friend when learning but also your worst enemy.

1More restrictions today. I believed most people are trying to do the right thing and it's getting more and more difficult accept that it's not working like we had hoped. If you happen to live where people resist good advice better stock up on toilet paper and yeist because it's back !

Would it be possible to allow a trial thread with limited political content. I personally would find it interesting to see where it would go since i have met a few forum members in person and at face value have found them to be reasonably thoughtful and considerate in discussions on this forum and in person. From a personal perspective i'm really not interested in promoting any particular party or person i just want the people in politics to make it work and get us through this mess the world is presently in. What's working and how can we help should be the goal

I wonder how they will get the people needed to repair the cable given the travel restricitions globally Not exactly the news i wanted to hear today. Covid cases are up in Canada to May, June levels and we thought we were doing a good job. 70% were under 40 years old. I predict our neighbors are in for a whole lot of pain in the near future. Not adhering to rules for gathering can net establishments a $10,000.00 fine. Our experts are saying vaccine relief is a year away. Say home Stay Safe everyone.

Allee i'm sure they have all kinds of surveillance. It's the kind of thing you don't talk about to the general public. I think it happened at 4 in the morning and they were responding in minutes.

And all this time I've been worried about getting hit by a bus or getting covid. Good thing your a tinkerer. I'd be worried you would die of boredom can't wait to see what you come up with in the garage after your wife has you complete the honey do list. I'd recommend some meds but everything available on the reserve near here is cannabis based and non gov't approved.
