  1. Whell here's what happened to my other board too a Generics IQ17(and my old Nitro 178 Work's racing)and it ain't a cap construction! How do you like my fixing? I drilled holes put screws and on the bottom side i filled the openinings with epoxy and cofix! I have it like that for 7 years now and it is my rock board (avatar pic) and i have riden it like this for more than 20 times and it still holds!
  2. I hit a a rock 2-3 years ago and the cap constuction of my beloved Elan Ballistic opened about 4 inches long and 0,15 intches heigh!(it hasn't open no more)a and there is a slite dent upwards on the metal lam! I used 3-4 types of epoxy to close the gap and tightening it back together but it opened back again so i dicided to just fill the gap with epoxy and it prety much works but when i ride it on icy slopes the epoxy breaks and i have to fill it up again. Is there any way of fixing it better or any kind of epoxy that is strong but more elastic! I am now using Araldit blue epoxy and it to broke on icy contitions!
  3. Sorry for the pic, just fixed it!
  4. I have 3 boards (generics IQ 1,70,elan balistic 1,71 and an oxygen 1,69 all mountain F2002)and on all of them the stance width doesnt go farther than 52,5cm or 20,70 intches and that means that when i set them up like that the rear bindind has at least 4-5 cm longer distance then the front binding from the centre of the running length,i am 6,3 with an inseam of 36 so i need to have a wide stance but i can't have more than 18-19 intches without beening to off centered! What am i doing wrong?
  5. Actuely i did buy it very cheap on e-bay (100 euros and it is brand new) because it looked very mutch like my first board (an oxygen 1,67 FR)that i bought in 1995 when i first changed from skiing to snowboarding, and i just went over to my brothers basement and put them side by side and there almost identical except that the FR has a pointier nose and the new board is way lighter, The only thing that bothered me with that old FR was the slow transition because of the 21,6 waist width and that it was a little short for me but besides that it was an SUV board, man i broke 6 boards after the FR (mostly from nose dives after jumps and serious delams)and the damn thing keaps on ticking and man was the FR forgiving,i did a alot of endos on it and i hit rocks on full carves and no delams what so ever! So when i found this board on E-BAY and it said that it was 1,69 (realy 1,67)i thought what the hell i still keep on the hard boots on but i can go with all my frends were ever they want off piste and still hit nice carves on grooms!
  6. I just bought this board from a net seller and the only specs i got were: nose width 265mm waist width 216mm tail width 264mm running leingth. 146cm Does anybody know the stiffnes or the sidecut radius of the board? And will it suit me? I am 6,3 feet high(1,91cm) and 220 pounds(100 kilos). The seller said that it was 1,69(it has it printed in the center of the board too)but i mesured it and it's 1,66! I wanted a wider board than my "elan balistic 1,71" that is a very good board for me but the binding angles that i have are too much for carving because i wear a 31 oxygen boot that is 3cm biger than my former "burton wind boots". 7. I also have the same base plate of the binding you show in your picture (NALE)and last week i was going to buy a new Burton Coil that was on e-bay but didn't know if i could fit the bindings on the board! Damn it! I thought of doind the extra hole thing ! So it would have worked? Anyway i bought an Oxygen F2002 169 carver!(Does anybody know anything about this board?)
