  3. MSLM opened on friday. It wasn't bad but there were a lot of people. They should be opening more runs this week. Bring your board and come shred! My dad and I should be there as well as Imo and Gabe. Stewart
  4. MSLM has been blowing a Shoot load of snow. They started Friday night and blew all day Saturday. Tonights temperature is -6 so they should be at it all night long. The new lake must be working like a charm because in past years they would have run out of water. So it is looking great for next weekend. They look to have blowen all the hills. So it looks like they may open up with one half or the Louise side open. SEE YOU ALL THEIR!

  10. My pole is 28 inches unextended for easy use on the lift, then i can extened it up to 49 inches. I made it from a window washing pole that i cut the end off. The mounting piece is the role bar mount from the go pro website with a little duct tape to make the pole thicker. Here is an example of how to use it in slowmo http://vimeo.com/18224745. Stewart

  15. This is my first snowboarding movie. I'm going to try to make more almost every time I get out on the hills! http://vimeo.com/18055364
  16. My dad and I were thinking of going on a trip next winter to Vermont or New York State looking for some longer hills than our Ontario 700 ft vertical. We are looking for good wide carving hills that are alpine friendly. We are also looking not to break the bank so it needs to be a reasonable price. We are both intermediate riders. I have also wondered why there is not a resort review in bomber?
  17. There is usually about 7 to 12 alpine guys during the weekend at Moonstone. The grooming at the resort is usually excellent and the guys are always looking for new people. We usually are on the Moonstone side. A number of the guys who were at Osler regularly ride at Moonstone. Best riding is at 8:30-10:30 before the rush from the city gets there.
  18. The boys and I would like to thank Chris for organizing an incredible day. You were a gracious host and the hills were awesome. We would like to thank Coiler (Bruce) for having demo boards that we could try. That was an impressive Monster! Cheers, The Hodgins clan
  19. Ya we were but only till 12ish. We'll be there on this sunday.
  20. Thanks for hosting could you confirm that we are in? That's Keith and Stewart Hodgins. See you at the hill. Cheers, Stewart Hodgins
