  1. as a hard boot vetrin i can prouldly say that i love my flow bindings. soft pac or hard pac they rule it all. i just love the confort of soft boots. and slashin the pow is great......these days the trees are my gates!!
  2. ahh i rember carving the Butte. i rode there for 4 years. That mtn changed me into a all mtn rider. the steeps are soo sick when they are freshly dumped on. the best carver i rode with at CB was Cliff Dimond ,dam what a badd ass. he rides softys at like 0/0 stance angles and he rips it like no other. he has dominated the extreem comps.and can bust the sickest toe side 180 carves.... waht he does is, bust a sick "C"shaped carve and then throw a 180 and land on the same toe side edge fakie, another sick carve and then a 108 off the pop.. he can doo strings of them all down the mtn.
  3. dam i cant wate to go ride.....just call me the trench digger in the flow bindings. thusrday night shuld be good ..plenty of precipitation this week. I cant wate to ride the new lift and runs:)
  4. right on guys, looks like dec 21 is my first day of the season...untill then ridin bikes in the cold is more fun for me than ridin crust on the bunny hill...crossin my fingers for some snow on the local mtns this week:biggthump:lurk:
  5. I second that vote for the Freride flow bindings... I love mine, never anny strap pain. I have them set up with palmer rizers. they work great with my size 11 1/2. I can ride low angles and still dig trenches...and rip the pow in the trees :)
  6. cool more people to ride with at Cypress. :) I have a thursday night pass at cypress. i think i am going to wate untill dec 15 to go up. untill then, I have a lot of glass whare to make for the holliday season. I guess biking will have to keep me bizy untill then. have fun up there blue B, bring your slolom board, or softies (it gets crazy the first weekend of the season) here is a link to some of my glass work http://www.glassartists.org/Gal998_work_By_Bryan_Ratcliffe.asp
  7. dam i want to ride some pow this weekend...but ill let the tree runs get a base packed down for a bit before i can justify the ticket price. I live in Van city so feel free to hit me up next time you want to ride BC. I'm an old racer, but ive been ridin flow bindings for the past 8 years...still carving up a storm...Cypress mtn is my normal stomping grounds. they might open on friday:biggthump
