Little update here, I went to try the helmets, they all fit weird, the medium one pressure my forehead and backhead (56-58) the large one feels okay but the sides have little bit of space so it moves a bit from side to side (59-60) the xl felt good but not tight enough I guess.. would you go smaller or bigger in case of doubt ? I measured my head circumference and its 59.. (cm)

alright, as long as it rides good, I also noticed that my wax job stay MUCH longer than the tune shop ones.. last time I went to a tune shop, It only lasted for the day and it was getting dry again ! Now it looks better, I did do a poor scraping job though I got to see where I had missed my shot :rolleyes:

im always scared of over-tightening.. even if I dont tighten too much, when I remove binding, I hear cracking noise while unscrewing, I guess thats normal.. ?

No bindings when I wax.. so its not that ?

I waxed my board again yesterday, I let the board dry overnight, is it normal that I can see the distinct circles of the insert now ? Im afraid I burned my base or something, but I can see all the inserts on the base.. it seems hydratated though.. any epinions ?

Bromont c'est vraiment pas cher cette année, mais pour le même prix il y a Chanteclerc sur la rive Nord qui peut être intéressant... edit : ya pas un chat a chanteclerc en général donc c'est super :rolleyes: Sinon moi je prend la passe MSSI cette année j'espère pouvoir vous croiser la bas !!

I always bring my freeriding board, but somehow I can never get off my alpine one .. How do you guys get motivated to switch ? A full day on alpine makes you very sore indeed !!

Sounds nice ! Here in montreal although we already had a bit of snow, we got a real storm today, 30 cm of snow and still going strong !! It seems like our 07-08 season will be far better than the last one, I wish that I wouldnt be almost 3000 km away from the SES... lol

The conditions were pretty neat on the north side of the mountain, the canons blowing snow on the south side got me anoyed and it got pretty hard in PM, AM was very nice on both sides though (PM on North was great too) It was my first ride of the season, though to beat, I saw some very skilled girls on race boards.. I was amazed, all on Deeluxe boots, 1 on a kessler board, with a guy with risers, anyway I wish I knew who they were, I definitly need training to get up to par -- Les conditions étaient excellentes aujourd'hui, l'avant-midi et l'après-midi sur le versant Nord étaient c'était super, le versant Sud était un peu ammoché l'après midi, mais l'avant midi ça pouvait allez.. Beaucoup de plaisir pour une première journée de riding.. J'ai vu des planchiste alpin (un groupe de filles) qui avait l'air assez solide, elles semblait suivre un homme et un autre femme qui roulait sur une kessler !! Quelqu'un les connait ? Operation = Success

Well, i personnaly had 2 pair of googles in like 12 years.. i had the oakleys for a good 7-8 years I guess, only thing I dont like about them is the outside starting to get old and scratchy.. And the glass got scractched very quickly, I never had a perfect vision with them, well not that bad, but still.. And they are orange, I want to change a bit :P

Je vais peut-être essayer Oberson, de mon côté j'ai entendu dire qu'à Sports Expert du centre Rockland, le gars qui fait leur tune up c'est celui qui fait le tune up de l'équipe québecoise de ski (qqchose dans le genre) et qu'il est très bon! Je vais faire un tour de toute façon j'ai besoin de magasiner un casque cette année on va voir ce que ça donne :)

Do you guys know any good tune up place in montreal ? I used to go to sharks, but the last time I went there they made a very poor job with my board... Im having a hard time deciding wheter or not I should use my pro-deal on scott goggles.. I get them for half price (wich seems good) What do you guys use to protect your eyes ? Any feedback on Scott goggles?

I think that i only need to change the bindings on that board, Im eating through the plastic buckles in the front making my bindings a bit loose, I lost the front foot quite a few times, luckyly i never got hurt
