Guest Hopscotch
I knoticed a few other people posting about broken bindings. I finally had the misfortune of having this happend to me. After riding for two years, i was in the terrain park... went of the first jump and landed smoothly. The second jump is only about 4 ft high, and about 8ft long. I landed a little backseat and my the bail on my front foot released. To my pain i found that the threads on the lug had pulled out. Is there anywhere you can buy new ones??? or do i have to buy new bindings?
lonerider
There is this website that the makers of the TD1 have. On it you can buy replacement parts for their bindings. Here's a link for the lugs ($4 a pop) http://www.bomberonline.com/store/bindings/parts_lugs.cfm. I hear they have a nice alpine community forum as well. BobD
This time of year it's not so much the rocks, as the ice cream headaches that hurt. All whitewater kayakers wear helmets (and most whitewater canoeist nowdays). It's a very safety concious sport.
