I have always canted my front foot along with a cant on my back foot (it may seem like a lot of cant, 7 degree on both feet.). I recently purchased a board race board that is only a few seasons old and wanted to get updated binding tech as well. What is the size of the cant?? F2s come with the ability to go 0-3.5 degree using shims. If you want to build your own you can achieve higher than 6 degrees. There's a whole thread on 3-d printing shims on this website.
