TD3

That's by design.  The idea is to let the board float around under the binding.  If you want complete rigidity, you need to go to Catek (no longer made), Bomber TD1, or make something yourself.  Note that this is the opposite of the direction most people are going, but there are passionate believers on both sides of the stiff/soft binding front.

There are three stiffnesses of E-rings available if you want a firmer ride. http://bomberonline.3dcartstores.com/TD3-E-ring-Set_p_54.html

Thanks Corey, but it just started to do it. I've been riding with these bindings for about 4 years now. The front one moves a little and the back doesn't move at all. I just find this very weird to all of a sudden start moving.

That being the case, swap the front elastomer for the rear elastomer. If the problem follows the elastomer, then the 'loose' one has been pounded to death, or the e-ring has shrunk, or it's been cut.

If the problem remains at the front, the inserts may have pulled, in which case, move the bindings to another set of inserts to verify.

If the inserts are solid, and you want a quick fix, cut a shim identical to the elastomer footprint (or two) out of a milk jug to 'thicken' the loose e-ring.
