Corey
You know those tiny circlips that hold the heel shaft in place on the Bomber TD3 Step-In SideWinders? (visible in 2nd picture here: http://bomberonline.3dcartstores.com/TD3-Sidewinder-Step-In_p_225.html) Yeah, have a look at them every now and then. I discovered one missing at the end of the day yesterday. Surprise! The shaft had slid about 2mm the wrong way but didn't affect the binding at all. History: Had these bindings about 2 years, probably have 20 days on them, haven't had these clips off to change pads or anything. I like to inspect my equipment regularly, but I never envisioned these clips coming off! I am concerned about fatigue cracks forming at the base of the pockets on either side of that shaft so I inspect that area daily. Still love the bindings, just have a new part that I need to add to my spares kit.
Mellow Yellow
I lost one... twisted some thin stainless wire around the shaft... have 20+ days on it, hasn't moved....
