SnowboardingJ
I came across this and not sure if this was posted before.
Corey
It's a testament to how far we've come in 22 years when you realize that video shows the 'state of the art' at that time! Still a neat video though. The number of single-foot binding releases in the crash montage was frightening.
Eric Brammer aka PSR
There's a snippett, really early on, of Doug Lewis, in a speed-suit, on a board, in a wind-tunnel! That Tuck (which I call a "Lewis Tuck" to differentiate it from John Hutson's Hands-to-the-sides 'Hut Tuck') is exactly what I used at Turri Road in the Skateboard Super-G race. That got me on the Podium at The Worlds with my second place being just a smidge behind Cliff Coleman. Doug tried 4-5 different tucked positions in the wind tunnel, and that one was cleanest. A side benny was it kept the lead arm forward (better for balance) with the rear arm tucked in close to the side, hand flat against the hip, so the rider can stay quite clean even in a semi-tucked position.
