It has a medium stiffness and rides nicely. I couldn't say about dampness or torsionnal stiffness as I haven't ridden enough boards to say. I'd call it a grey topsheet though and it has a blue streak. without measuring it I'd say it matches your numbers. I was able to demo it for a race and won the race on it. Bought it for $100 Can. Don't use it much now since getting a coiler. Got it for so cheap its my rock board now. Don't know its turn radius but I would guess around 14m. maybe someone else will pipe up that does know.
