barryj
BB If your being sarcastic I'll take it.....nothing very exciting in that footage, the Moss Snowstick U5 makes it look easy, but if you steped off or biffed it was thigh deep. It was exciting being there and fun for my first attempt trying to put some footage together.
philw
Looks pretty good. I was going to say a bit more exposure would help, but then I realized it was at night (!)... considering that the light isn't bad: that has to be hugely challenging for the camera. You're looking a bit unstable left-right there - maybe slightly mellower angles would help - that looks like a wide board to ride to judge by the space between the boots and the edge. barryj
Hey Phil, Yeah that was my 2nd day on the Moss and I set it up on the recomended stance, 20.5 which is wide for me. Also that night was deep and then wind blown crust and not that steep I have tried less steep angles and it just doesn't work for me. Since that footage I actually have moved both bindings towards each other 1 insert and that was a huge difference
boarderboy
"If your being sarcastic I'll take it." . No, not at all! Really!! I love this footage. It conveys the feeling of night riding powder beautifully. Much more interesting to me than endless laid out carves on wide open hero groom. And for what it's worth, I've been a (documentary) television producer for almost 50 years. Well done!
