Algunderfoot Posted September 22, 2014 Report Share Posted September 22, 2014 We are flying into either Eagle/Vail or Grand Junction, but Aspen was priced attractively...working out the details based on FF and CC points. I should have everything locked in tomorrow sometime, will advise. Check out the deal I mentioned at the Inn at Aspen ($202/night). If you hit that and flew into Aspen you wouldn't need a car at all, RFTA can get you everywhere, or you could ride share with us, we've rented as Santa Fe SUV. bigwavedave Posted December 21, 2014 Report Share Posted December 21, 2014 Just made a reservation at the St Moritz in Aspen. I'm driving out (packing my quiver) and plan to be there Mon through the Fri night banquet. 3rd year in a row for me. Aspen is getting dumped on right now! Not a fan of our wimpy winter so far, bring back the polar vortex. I was thinking about a trip east through the U.P. resorts and maybe up to Searchmont, but I don't trust this weather.
