I did reach out to Bruce & building one is an option, but I just wanted to see if there was one out there that was just not quite right & needing a new home. I always try to find something used before going to a new build, as my seasons are short here in the Mid-Atlantic, and this season is expected to be much shorter with a new baby on the way at the end of this year.
