I've got plenty of armchair advice, looking for something that won't get me audited :) I've tried some tax forums, but trying to get answers is difficult. If you can reference the Title 26 section involved, and are willing to take a shot at understanding legal terminology involved in the pertaining definitions I might be able to help.
