kaz - welcome to Bomber. It made me really happy to read through your thread and see you getting to meet the guys.

Good folks on here and it sounds like you are on your way.

You do shift gears in your transmission in your car.....;)

It seems like you have a great attitude and I like the way you write English - I understood perfectly. Too many rules shouldn't get in the way of communication.

Have a great year. I haven't been to Vancouver BC and I don't think it will happen this year, but rip it up.

Hi carvedog.

Thank you.

YVR carvers are so nice!

I was worried so much before I posted this thread.

I thought this thread might be damn question for them.

But I'm glad I posted this.

Friends are so important in my life. You can learn so many things from them.

I wanna share fun time with them, sometimes bat time.

Now I've been gotten so many from them, so I wanna do something good for them someday too.

I never let friends down... I mean I'm trying not to as much as I can.

I always said "友人は人生の肥やしである" in Japan.

Which means friends are good compost in your life.

I don't know this translation makes sense.

But I mean my life is like tree, so you need good compost to grow up,

and the good compost is friends.

I really appreciate you guys.

Have a good season.

Carve fun and safe!:)

Kaz, I really like your analogy (ie you being tree, friends compost). Glad to see you've met up with some nice folks and connect with local carvers.

Hi Hilux.

Thank you.

I hope you could understand what I really wanted to mean.

I noticed many mintakes in my sentences.

I hope I can get my permanent residency soon, and get a good job.

It's gonna be hard to find a good job for me though.

Keep your fingers crossed for me:)

Thanks.

I stayed a hotel near kuta beach for 2 weeks.

And went to Prambanan in Java, Borobudur in Java, Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud, Batuan Temple, Goa Gajah, Bekasih Temple, Goa Lawah,...

Saw Legong Dance, Kecak Dance, Barong & Kris Dance.

And also did elephant ride.
