SunSurfer
This apparently unused Sims Mark Fawcett signature 174cm board has turned up on the TradeMe auction site in New Zealand. Anyone have any more information about this model? SunSurfer
www.oldsnowboards.com
Fun board, fairly soft by todays standards for a race board. What else do you want to know? This was the GS board, a 163cm of the same motif was built for slalom It was several years before the "Burner". Side note: Tom Sims worked with Mike Tinkler and some of these came with a single insert for the Snow Stix. They were re-branded with "Sims" on them. I don't see them on this board. Lighter riders especially would find this board a fun forgiving board. Keep in mind the insert patterns are narrower than boards today. Not too narrow though. Price or trade is reasonable I would pick it up.

trikerdad
I had two, loved em. Broke the first one, bought another. Broke it. Would have bought a third but, couldn't find one.

Keep in mind Trikerdad is a big guy with a knack for breaking stuff others would consider unbreakable :D Including himself. And yes "I should talk".
