Race training in summer?

slalom skate? Mountain bike in the woods? Get up to Mt. Hood or down to South America and get on real snow? possiblilties are endless

Do Plyometrics 2 days a week, ride bikes and skateboards, do squats on different types of balance boards with dumbbells in stance, Slackline.

Be creative, that is what I would do to get more board specific training way back when I raced.

Exactly, I mean exercises for snowboarding and not its replacements ! Exercises like from a movie ,, Another day in paradise" about T.Jewell
