Galen
Thinking about riding in Idaho for a month, either jan or feb. I like the looks of Brundage and Tamarack. Any advice/tips on lodging, what to bring board wise, terrain, and just in general what to expect? thanks:cool:
ibrussell
Tamerack is bankrupted might not open next year, owner skipped country. Brundage does a great job grooming, Jan-Feb could get 2' dumps. Bring both carver and pow board. I run a 175 or 180 Coiler when I go there. They have only one high speed Quad so half way down got to make a hard right or ride slow one back up. Charlie
Galen
Bummer. That puts a kink in plans. Was hoping to hit both areas, not sure if Brundage could hold my interest for an entire month. Hmmm..maybe Schwietzer or SV. Thanks for the info Charlie, very useful!!
wingnuts514
I like tamarack and brundage because they are closer and offer great tree runs on powder days but schweitzer and silver have better carving runs, more high speed chairs, great powder days (especially schweitzer's backside) better lodging, etc.
