Posted November 23, 2010 Report Share Posted November 23, 2010 matty, if you haven't sold your COILER 172amt yet, you can use a bandsaw too chop off 5cm off of the tale, then stubb the nose down 4cm. then you'll have a COILER 163slt. you can use a panzer to reshape the nose a bit, but i've seen it done. inkaholic, stubbed the nose down on a sigi 185t , back when sigi was building his boards with that nasty canoe nose. i also used to have to shave down my coilers when i first started riding them back in 02. bruce's noses used to come to a point, i hated looking at it, so i would round out the noze with a panzer. a little bit of clear epoxy glue and i never had an issue. gfy and i see you soon !
