Wolf
I have some older SnowPro plates that I might want to sell at my local hill. Just wondering if there are any known issues with these? I know they're not as solid as TDs or Cateks, but does anyone know of any chronic issues like plastic parts breaking, etc? Thanks all. BobD
Looks like they would be great for a Skwal BobD
ibrussell
I used a set like that for three years with no problem with breaks. They fit ski or older UPS boots better than newer Raichles. With the Raichles unless they were real tight the heel would shift a little on the flat spot. sharples
if those are the SP5s i've had mine since the early 90s and so far have only had to replace one bail. (I did have to invert one of the discs though as the bolts had worn down too much into the plastic)
Wolf
Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like I can sell these with a clear conscience that I'm risking getting somebody hurt due to bindings. ....Wolf
