Arclite
another option for dealing with the short Indy kingpin (though not the new school drilling) is to install a Paris replacement kingpin which is long enough to use just about any bushing combination How do you get the old kingpin off the base of a Stage X Indy baseplate? BlueB
Who makes transparent bushings, besides Radical's soft Clear? I've got couple of clear and transparent yellows that are fairly on the stiff side, like 90+. No idea of the brand...
Gecko
Venom added. Btw, how one gets Excel generated HTML to show in Bomber tread? I've got the entire table, including Venom, showing the actual colors in the cels, but I can't get it to work. I'm lazy to do straight HTML encoding, so I did the screen shot... . you are missing SHR Venoms
crote123
here's a link where I found more bushing duros (including venom SHR). http://sk8ordie.forumactif.com/discussions-generales-f3/bushing-duro-t2249.htm also from longboard larry, some holey bushings (the above site only had one duro for the holeys) <table id="midtable" width="750" border="0" bordercolor="#ffffff" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td id="midtabletd4" style="text-align: center;" valign="top" align="center"><form target="paypal" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post"> Holey Bushings Smokes 75a (set for one truck) $6.00 in-stock (these bushing will also work in Bennett Vectors.) <input src="http://www.longboardlarry.com/images/addtocart.gif" name="submit" alt="Make payments with PayPal - Arclite
Don't take my word for it, but i believe that White Gullwing - 88a Green Bear - 85a
BlueB
Green Bear - 85a That doesn't make much sense... They've got already two other colors for 85a.
crote123
According to their web site http://www.independenttrucks.com/catalog/ Low Soft (92a) (red) Low Medium (94a) (orange) Low Hard (98a) (black) Standard Soft (90a) (red) Standard Medium (92a) (orange) Standard Hard (96a) (black)
Arclite
That doesn't make much sense... They've got already two other colors for 85a. With every new generation of truck, they produce a new color for the bushings, always the same durometer. green bushings are for the 3rd gen trucks. BlueB
Today I tried the Venom SHR light blue 86a bushings on my front slalom Bennett. Awsome, turns like crazy, tons of rebound. However, it rides softer and leans deaper then the classic Venom blue 78a !?! WTF? Other phenomenon is the Bear Pumpkin orange cone, supposedly 85a. Feels like 80a when you squish it. When you work it out a bit, it turns into chewing gum and rides like white Khiro 73a, but still maintaining the rebound. Goes close to melting in hot weather... pokkis
What shape it was? Folks say that they feel softe rthan duro but good rebound. I'm using SHR olive high cone and Reflex Green high cone on my front GOGs and Reflex Pink barrel and Lime barrel on front Bennet. I did not liked cones on Bennet. EDIT just updated correct colors :)
BlueB
Tried the tall cone boardside with blue Bitch roadside; tall cone roadside, SHR barrel roadside, barrel boardside, tall cone roadside. The last combo felt the best. Double barrell might be even better, but I didn't have an extra one...

Arclite
I believe they use Tracker Superballs Well mine have black bushings, and according to his chart, there aren't any black superballs.
BlueB
You're right, mine had black hourglass and cone combo, too. No clue what they're called or the duro. Might be something like 85-90...

MozzMann
I run Front truck 55 deg Kingpin Pivot axis at 90 to Kingpin with 96a Board side and 84a Road side. Rear truck 88a Board side 80a Road Side with 35 deg Kingpin again pivot 90 deg to Kingpin. 38 in Wheel base though.
BlueB
I deleted the older ones, so they don't confuse the issue...
