fishrising
How is the bootfitter at the bottom of the Okemo access road? Or should I just go to the Starting Gate? I need my Head Stratus Pros, "adjusted." Heat mold the liners and stretch the shells a bit.
tex1230
My $.02 - drive down to Startingate. I have not dealt with the guys at Okemo but of all the bootfitters I have seen in my years of boarding, the guys at Startingate are among the best. fishrising
The Starting Gate did my Burton Winds several years ago. I just don't get to Stratton as much as Okemo. Guess I will have to ensure I get over there ASAP. Till then I may have to ride softies, cause these new Heads killed my feet last week. tex1230
Did you heat the liners? the head liners are semi-heat moldable - they use that hairdryer-type contraption that most of the ski shops have. If you've got the $$ though - get the Dalbello Golds...
JoeK.inVt
Both are good. Shon at BootPro Specializes in bootfitting and has a very good reputation in Ludlow. Gary at Startingate has no shortage of fans on BOL, as I'm sure you've seen. Either way I think you're safe.
