hockey2
I just rec'd my AF700 boots today and I want to mold the liners. Can anyone tell me the time and temp to mold them? Don't worry I'm not going to microwave them. We have a custom heat molder for hockey skates at my store so I'll just use that. It's convection heat, same as a boot molder. pebu
Also great info on the carvers almanac at www.alpinecarving.com. I cooked mine at 200 and watched like a hawk till they looked like a marshmallow. One of the places I read said to heat the oven to 200-250 degrees, then once it's done pre-heating, turn the oven off and stick your liner in. That's a pretty safe way of doing it. Kirk
Did mine last month in my own kitchen oven using the instructions that came with 'em from Bomber....worked just fine Yeah, I watched 'em closely as well during the "baking" time (oven was OFF at this point).
