Furi
i'll be trying them out this Saturday - although not sure how qualified I am to review them since it will be my first experience with real snowboard specific hardboots :)
Pow
325s? I like them, they seem very light for hardboots. Theyre really easy to walk in, the metal buckles rock, liners are warm, they look sexy as hell, the stiffness is right where it should be for me. Definately an upgrade from the big klunky burton winds i used to ride. Compared to those, they are a little stiffer and more responsive. what i dont like: lack of top strap (fixable by a booster) lack of longitudinal flex (spring system) when in ride mode (fixable by a BTS) the cant adjuster is faulty and after a few months of riding them will start to come loose and strip bottom line: ive ridden them for a season and a month now and am very satisfied. frochild
I just got mine in the mail. My only complaint is that I cannot find someone to mold the inserts for me. Has anyone here actually had to so this themself? If you have done it, is it pretty easy, or am it going to really screw myself? Fro
Chris
http://www.yyzcanuck.com/E_tech_cooking.htm This a good description of how to cook your own from YYZ Canuck's site. It's easy, just relax. :D
