I was on 20's last year and I'm half your size. We hiked Lafayette/Franconia Ridge today. Temps were in the 30's at the start. A couple puddles on the summit even had a thin layer of ice on 'em. You guys should have seen the dead whale that washed up last Friday morning. They had to call in the shore patrol and a loader to get it back out to sea.
