Miguel
I've been dying to get to Colorado (read Buttermilk) but can't seem to get there during the primo months. Are any of the carve worthy resorts still open and are they worth going to at that time of the year. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If this doesn't work I guess we'll be looking at Canada. Gracias, Miguel:D
Mike T
... then look at Tahoe or Oregon. There's some excellent April riding to be had in both places. Sometimes you luck out and get winter conditions. My recommendation would be Mt Bachelor, OR as it tends to have more wintery conditions than Squaw or Alpine Meadows at Tahoe, or Mt Hood in April. gawdzira
Last year April was excellent in Mammoth. One of the best weekends was at the beggining of May when it was snowing so hard they could barely open the mountain. Actually that kind of sucked but if I could have stayed for Monday...
