I was just there this past weekend. Prime time carving is 830-1030am. Before that you'll need some really sharp edges, and after 11am, its WAY soft unless you go to the top, and there's no real carveable terrain up there this time of year. The soft slushy bumps sure are fun though :biggthump

Hey Frank. I am up here as a matter of fact. It was a decent dusting, but it stayed pretty warm in town so nothing stuck. I think the mountain itself got a couple inches, but they need at least a good foot to fall before I would feel safe bringing any decent boards out. Broadway is just a little white strip, and a crowded one at that when chair 1 was spinning today. The wind stopped it a number of times.

I may or may not head up to the slopes tomorrow, depending on how crowded it is. I'll leave a detailed report if I do.
