  3. anyone going to be up at the loaf this weekend ? i'm crashing on a friends couch right at the base of the access road next to carrabasett valley academy.

he doesn't know it yet, but ill be there around 7pm with his favorite beer, pbr, even though he's doesn't drink. im hoping for some brownies for dinner, i also am bearing a home warming gift for my friend. this is to replace a picture that is right outside his bedroom door of guy with a gayda on his neck, because it must have been too cold that particular day at sooonipeee! :eplus2:

se you at 7 buddy ole pal.

    gfy

Don't mess with my hero pic!

  4. It would be my pogoplug with a Drobo. Then I would have the RAID backup and expandable, able to get to it anywhere in the world, sharable AND the best part is that I don't have a monthly service charge. The cheapest way you're going to get storage bytes is with your own HDs but you want to make sure they are redundant.

Of course if you want to make sure they can withstand a fire then you need to get them offsite or make up some fireproof contraption for your Drobo. :-)

  5. Unfortunately to make way for a strip of Bumps:mad: down skiers left leaving skiers right groomed.

This is to allow the bumps skiers a morning run in the sun.

So no more edge to edge burners.

What the eff is management up there thinking. When they have a trail with bumps on it there usually 0 people on it. They should do themselves a favor and groom out Upper Flying Goose all the time. When that trail has no bumps it's packed. Otherwise maybe 2-3 people flailing around.

Oh and get rid of the ski racer kids. They bring absolutely nothing to the hill. They are a bunch of "never will be's" trust fund snot nose punks anyway.

  6. I have pair of TD2 step-ins for sale. Looking for $200 + shipping. US/Can only. Great condition, purple or red elastomers 1, 3 degree and 1, 6 degree cant discs.

email me ben -at- bogeydog -dot- net if you are interested.

  7. A grand place where all kinds of things get misconstrued or taken out of context. Some people like to have a little fun on BOL and sure why not. The funniest part about the "team 32" posts is that they couldn't possibly be true since people like that don't really exist. I met Joe a couple years back up at Loon and I immediately knew he was a great guy. A guy who genuinely cared for his friends and family. He didn't know me from a complete stranger but he treated me like a old friend the minute I met him. Anyone who has met Joe face to face will tell you the same. I never really take the stuff people post up too seriously because it's mostly good fun.

I'm a software engineer, husband and father of one and there really is nothing better then ripping trails with friends.
