  1. I have a pair of Raichle AF600 with thermo liner that I bought 4 years ago, lately I've been getting pain on the outside of the foot. Like pressure point right on the muscle. (Lateral Plantar fascia)

Since it's been 4 years, would re heating my liners be a good idea?

    Any other suggestions?

    thanks

  3. Same here as New England. In Montreal, we got an early start, by November 19th I was on the hills. But since Wednesday it has been very hot and today it's raining. This is so depressing. Some of the hills have decided to close down to keep decent snow coverage.

Tomorrow this should all freeze with a -10 C. Hopefully they will fire up the snowmaking and it's suppose to snow 2 inches. Not much but I'll take it. Then starting wednesday it's suppose to be hot again ! Go figure.

  4. Derf,

I have my seasons pass at sauveur and avila for night. I've already been there 15 times this year. It's not too far from la plateau. I'm in verdun and it's 45-50 minutes without any traffic but I work in Laval so I leave from there. If you ever want to join you can meet me up there at work. I speak more french but studied at McGill.

For the board the price is US$ But if anyone is intrested we can talk about price a little a few e-mailed me about a trade. I could be intrested in something in the 170 someting size. and that is in Brand new shape.

  5. The board is Just as new. It has been ridden for 1 hour and I'm not kidding (6 Runs) at a 300 feet high mountain. So we could say the board is brand new. There is nothing wrong with the board, I like my board selection that I currently have so this one will not really be used and enjoyed by me. Might as well leave it to someone else.

Price is 375$ + shipping. (shipping should be about 30$ insurance included.)

If you have any questions e-mail me. ernie_c@sympatico.ca

  6. WOW WOW and WOW... I was so scared back in june that this board would be way too small. Not at all. They say madd rides like nothing you have tried before and they are right. The conditions at Avila we're not very nice very bumpy on the steeper parts from the vacation skiiers but I still got some good riding with the madd

I'm sold to madd. I loved my burton 178 but this is like riding on a scapel, it carves everywhere and anything. Even when you want to skid the board throws your into a carve. I have to carve with this board it will not let you skid or sleep. It's very stiff and also super responsive. My buddy who is also goofy tried it also tonight and you should have seen his smile after one run. :) I think he was really impressed.

The TD2 are also a super piece of work, what a difference from the burton race plates. That's a great kit. My other boards will be collecting dust for a while. I have a brand new hot blast 183 that I need to try but I want to ride that madd again before !

Still a lot of learning and tweaking in my riding to be done to adjust to this board but so far this board is impressing me.

    A new Madd addict!

  7. Tonight I went riding (the conditions were great), after the 3rd run I broke one of the toe bail clip on my burton bindings. I know there are old but they fit well on my rock board so I would really love to save them. Is it possible to save them and would any of you have the parts?

Good thing my wife bought me a set of TD2 for xmas but I can't get them before then.

Thanks a lot in advance. You can contact me at ernie_c@videotron.ca

  8. Hey Derf, I went to Sauveur, with my burner 162. It was pretty crowded, the steep parts were very bumpy and the run very narrow but the flatter part were nice and a bit icy but I didn't mind. It was just over crowded so it was next to impossible to do more than one carve without behing scared to behing hit. A few rocks here and there but nothing hit the board. Hopefully the conditions will get better really soon if not I will have to go to my not so great boards. More rain tomorrow :(
