    Pardon me for my ignorance, but can someone explain exactly how to perform boot bias? Is it done by moving the binding itself, like shown in the picture (here I turned the center discs 90 degrees and offset the binding from center.). I have TD2s with 30 degree cant discs on each, with the thinner side towards the center and thicker side facing the tip/tail. Or is it a matter of keeping the bindings centered and shifting the bail blocks forward or backward (both blocks were originally screwed into the center hole. This picture has the blocks in the most forward position and would be the rear binding. The front bindings would have both blocks screwed into the most rear set of holes) ? Or is it something completely different that I'm missing?

    Seeing as the 166 length Eliminator is the longest length of this model produced, I highly doubt it. The official recommended weight from F2 states "65+ kg" with no upper limit. This board is pretty stiff and should be able to handle 220, as should the length . The board felt extremely solid under my 186lbs.

    Thanks for the info. I was at Wachusett early December last year too and was relatively surprised at the conditions then.

    Anyone above 65kg or 150lbs should be fine. I am 178lbs and was perfectly fine on it. As for riding in the northeast, I honestly can't think of a better nonalpine specific board. The metal construction is very damp and soaks up most of the vibrations, and the variocamber system provides INSANE edge grip even through ice. These features make the board very controllable in variable conditions and actually pretty easy to ride. However, the more energy you put into this board, the more fun it is to ride! Skill level shouldn't really be an issue though. I personally have only used soft boots, but I have read that this is also a very capable hard boot carver.

    Hey everyone, I am currently thinking about starting my season early and was contemplating a trip over the Thanksgiving Holiday to Stowe, VT, and was wondering if anyone has done something similar in the past. I'm sure conditions are pretty uncertain in November, but with snowmaking, do you think that things would be ride-able, and would there be more than a handful of trails open by this point? Please share similar experiences if you have them! Thanks!

    I'll see what I can do, but Berkshire East is a bit far from me for a single day trip- it takes more than twice as long for me to get there as it does to Wachusett. I really would like to ride with experienced carvers though...

    My actual mondo size is 27.5 as well. The boot shell determines the size: M27 should cover everything from M27.0 to M27.9. The liner itself determines half sizes. According to a USPS estimate to S. Lake Tahoe, shipping would amount to around $34.40 for the 16 pound package. We can talk, and I am willing to help split that cost if you chose to acquire these. Let me know!

    I never heat-molded these liners. I believe these have the 125 series spiral wrap innerboot which shouldn't require molding. The liner however is very supportive and I have never suffered from heel lift or pressure points when riding with these.

    Will any carvers be riding here this Saturday, March 8th? I wish I were able to have joined you all at Berkshire East last week, but unfortunately my schedule was a little tight that weekend. :( I definitely have seen carvers at Wachusett in the past- someone on a Kessler with a plate who recognized the titanal F2 Eliminator WC I was riding one day early in the season comes to my mind. :D
