    in order of preference: 1) santa cruz tbx 167 '2001 2) f2 eliminator ltd '2002, 2003, 2004 3) volkl cross any of this boards is unbelievable racer in usual freeride clothes (geometry)

    it's legal, but too childish (soft). f2 makes eliminator ltd - niciest and most powerfull wide (25cm waist) ride today, i think.. i ride two of them (rather different, 2002 and 2004) in 167 with plates (f2 race). PS arriven from belukha week ago, with one of this eliminators. riding plates at shambala was cool :)

    none of furnaces cannot be INTECified. very dependable and stiff boot BTW.

    thank you all! in a week we gonna go for Belukha (15,000') - topmost peak of Altai. with raichles (w/ intuition liners) + f2 race + f2 eliminator ltd (but some SL on that ice can do fine too). no extreme iceclimbing, so i hope all goes well. hope to retrace jim zellers' 1999 descend.

    and here comment from siberia: after hot (my former ride - blast 176), oxygen (tried, really nice) and f2 (too sporty to my liking) my beloved gs-style ride now is volant excel 173gs (15m sidecut). smothest speedster at any snow condition (from mid-siberian soft to baikal's hard slopes). steel laminate works so nice that now when i test my friends boards - i'm always miss this brilliancy. wanna add some fc donek to my quiver (~180, 13m sidecut, aross fc?).

    hello, is it possible to use automatic crampons (grivel) on raichle sb boots? i suppose that slant heel block prevents heel lock from locking. i cannot test myself yet, so the question.
