  1. I bought Outdoor Masters with the colorful lens.  Strange dark lines along the sides of the lenses, but they worked well - in my living room.  $40 right?  They are at least $40 good.  The extra lens I bought is mostly clear and had no distortion at all.

  2. Mine arrived yesterday.  Thanks Amazon Prime.  I bought the really colorful lens and an extra one for low light.  They look fine and definitely worth the $50.  They even came with a few cases and draw string bags that I can use with my scratched up Oakleys and cracked Dragons.  I might buy another pair before they become part of the trade war.

Much better than anything I could get at my mountain's lost and found.

  3. Good stuff.  For those of us less handy I looked at what was available in the market.  Went with these folks because they had heat, were a few hundred cheaper than the others and seems like a good small business.  We have been very happy with the way it worked, but we have only had it for one season.

  4. Has anyone done a side by side with the Flux and the Incline?  I have had a couple of inclines (164 & 170), loved them for our Vermont conditions and am curious about the  Flux.  Is it just a lateral move or night and day difference in ride when I'm in the mood to cruise in soft boots?

Also, if anyone has a Flux laying around that they want to sell, let me know.

  5. Found this interview online about Lib Tech in 2019.

Just have to pray that it's full camber and with no magnetraction.

"Unusual shapes are gaining wider consumer acceptance. Doing anything unseen next year in shapes? Asym/double swallow/reverse sidecut/triple ender etc?
Bringing the 195 Dough Boy Shredder back to the game is pretty unusual."

  6. Two things worked for me. (a 7 and a 9 year old)

1 - bribery.  Also known as goal setting.  Give him a reason to turn toeside.

2 - All day lessons.  Agree with piusthedrcarve.  Other kids, a good instructor, you are not the enemy.  All while you enjoy your day riding.

  7. Need some advice on a base repair.  Conditions were Terrible at Okemo this weekend and managed to get a two foot long gouge in my base, down to the wood core.  Not near the edge though and about an 1/8 inch wide at the worst part.

Question, can I ptex this, do I need a special welding stick or do I need to spend money and take it to a shop?

Like Jeff Spicoli from Fast Times: "My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it."

  8. Used twice.  Replaced with Intuition lines so I no longer need these.  9.5 with no footbed.

No price so just let me know what they are worth to you and add $12 to ship.  I'm going to be at Okemo in VT this and next weekend if you want to come get them.
