    Can Loon please send their groomas to Stratton for some 1:1 tutoring?? Holy smokes what a good time!! I :1luvu: Stratton!! I love the grooming; I love the long wide trails; I love the hero snow; and I love the cougars dressed up in Bogner!! I'm still recovering from the gong show....my cheeks and abs are still sore from laughing so much. :biggthump

    On a side note...Loon actually rode pretty well this weekend and coverage was good. Busy Saturday, but dead today (zero lift line at the West Basin!). Angel Street was sick with great pp and perfectly groomed. West Basin trails were scratchy in the early AM and then pretty nice later on with an inch of corn over the hard pack. Laps on an empty Coolidge were mighty fun!!

    It was an amazing week at the Loaf!! 9 days of riding. JH/UT-like epic snowfall!! 5 feet of snow in 5 days!!! The best pow days I’ve ever had on the East Coast. Thurs, Fri, & Sat KNEE DEEP POW every run!! TT and I were the 3rd tracks down Kings Landing on both Fri & Sat!! Thigh deep drifts on upper Gondi. UNBELIEVABLE!!! :1luvu:

    A couple of pics from the crackberry. Blower faceshots from Thurs on Gondi. The other one...after a 4 hour tilt at the bah, we realized that you can take the BD6 out of Mass, but ya can't take the Ma$$hole out of BD6!!

    Dear Team 32,

    Haven't showered or shaved for 6 days strong. I look and smell like a grizzly bear but dilligaf!!! Conditions are perfect for prime snowbeard cultivation. Picked up 4" today on top of soft pp and the place was a ghost town! Pockets of pow on the edges and choppy but soft through the middle of the trails. The Koila AM has awesome eegehold in the pow...this tings a gamechanger! Potential for a couple of FEET thru Friday. Time to break out the snorkel!! I luv this fkn place! If I don't make it to Stratton, you'll know where to find me.

    I rode Loon yesterday and felt right at home with all the other ma$$holes. It was like a high school reunion for me...wicked pissa good time!! My day started off riding up the gondi with three 7th graders from Seekonk wondering "what the hardest trail at Loon?, where are the glades? where's mt Washington? where's the LMP? how do you get to the top?, etc, etc" Enough with the questions JONGs....I'm in the fkn ZONE!!!!

    Conditions were really good. The LCI guys would probably call it ice, but on the T32 snowmeter it was HERO hardpack!! Pretty firm and fast but very edgeable. Lots of fun!! Speaking of LCI, it was 30 degrees and I spotted at least one gayda violation!! :eek:

    2003 Volkl SL 163 Renntiger. Ridden about 30 days total. PTC tuned last season and used only twice since the tune. Topsheet is in great condition. Structure is excellent and edges are sharp. MikeD did a light grind so there are a few immeasurable surface nicks on the base that didn't get ground out--nothing out of the ordinary. Great board for a newbie. $150 SOLD

    TD2 Standards. 1 set still available. Good condition. You choose the cants and E-Rings. I have a few 3 and 6 deg cants available and 1 pair of yellow and 1 pair of purple E-rings to choose from. $190/set

    TD2 Suspension Kit – Used for 1 season. $35 SOLD

    Bomber BTS. Purchased new in January 2007 (original design). About 100 days on them. The paint on the springs is chipping away which is purely cosmetic. The bottom brackets are loose so the bolts need some Loctite or Mighty Putty on them to tighten things up. A set of yellow and blue springs are included. $50 SOLD

    I'd pony up the cash for gates if we had guaranteed lane space on Coolidge. If it's <$500 anywhere, anytime.

    Guys thanks for opening up the T32 Demo Shack yesterday. The VSR 64 is a blast to ride. I was waiting for Polaris to go John Rambo on me to get his board back. I think he thought about it b/c he tailgated me all the way to Speed Factory in an attempt to finish off the job. Can't wait to try the 77 up at the Loaf. Time to clean out the quiva.

    I'll be up there all week Sat 2/20 - Sun 2/28. Hoping for some pow midweek so we can hit the glades at Saddleback. A couple of other gOoNs are planning on staying with me on the weekends. Sounds like there's gonna be a big crew up there for Sun 2/21. We'll be the MIB on Coilers. Should be fun! :eplus2:

    you guys picked a good day to skip. snow was pretty hard with a 30mph headwind blowin in your face on every trail. you had to straightline Sunset to just to make it down. some places the wind scoured away all the snow so it was bulletproof. other places there was just clear pond ice and exposed granite. on one of my last runs we came down upper boss and I clipped a hidden rock under some loose snow. the Stub now has a pretty good serrated toe side edge. Who knew Coilers had magnetraction???? WTF!!!! :angryfire

    Here's the report....

    The grooming sucks.

    Boss was pathetic and rode more like an Iraqi battlefield. You either got tossed by the random rollers or compressed your spine in the hidden craters. Lots of negativity on the lift from the wiffers & Team 32 after riding the Loaf last weekend. The wif and I almost packed it in mid-morning and drove up to Maine. Luckily in the afternoon things softened up and got much better. We rode til 2 and then Stevo & I put on a pbr clinic for Gleb on the deck of the Bunyan.

    Stevo had the biggest shteating grin all day!!! I've never seen him so happy!! It's like he just lost his virginity or something. The Sidewinders are just that GOOD!!! He destroyed Loon yesterday!! His riding was unbelievable...so smooth!!! Get off your arse and lets put that order in!!! The SW's are fo'real!!!!
