I have Ride Deadbolt's (29.0) with Ride A-10 bindings on a 27.0 wide Coiler BXFR and I still have to go with +30 degree angles so I don't boot out.

I've used PAM cooking spray in the past with some success. It's not as toxic to the environment as silicone spray.

I still have a K2 Recon Riser in 154 if you are interested. They were great AM soft boot carving boards. My wife is around #125 and it's what she used. Cheap.

Pretty amazing comeback, but I am conflicted about horse racing given all the abuses at some tracks. Still, at 80-1, I hope somebody cashed in.

Fascinating but sad- I hope it gets to reopen. Michigan has a lost ski area website and there are literally dozens of small areas that have shut down, plus a few of the larger ones as well. I don't think the future climate bodes well for this industry.

I'm not sure if this fits in this forum, but if anyone is interested in experimenting with a teleboard as a Skwal, I have one (181 Pursuit) I would dump cheap. It has standard 3-pin nord inserts, so they would have to be T-nutted for 4x4 discs. I was great fun when I was a Tele skier, but those days are past. PM if you have questions.

Have you considered Okemo? I haven't been there in years, but they were open until 4/15 last year and have great wide open runs.

I have a few older skis that I would love to try this on, but I am betting that it won't be cheap. Nor should it be if it is well built and well engineered, but I'm guessing it has limited appeal.

I am looking forward to your review. I had and older pair (20/21) and the were a good binding choice for lower angle stances. I switched to the Ride A-series and am really impressed with how stiff they are, even when riding 30/27 or 30/24. It looks like they changed the dual ladder straps on the latest version of the Phantom- any thoughts?
