Anyone else ride bluewood, I have seen one hard booter there, older guy in his 60's and wears a les schwab bag if it's raining. :biggthump Haven't talked to him much though. My brother and I will be heading up tomorrow to work out the first day rust.

ha..all of the thousands of dollars to innovation within reason is great for snowboard...and it is better try this direction than absurd choices (edge less snowboard with slider insertpattern?)...
develop the sport/equipment and hopefully riders will someday develop the motivation toward healthy lifestyle and keen athleticism to make the best use of the TOP product innovation..yea?
There was a meetiing at IsosportAUT ( this season Skiing industry reintroduces new ski with steep noses)...why? for ease of turning? To suit whom, the recreational skier/? Perhaps I am wrong to question the source of revenue to the industry..but i love the elite-level snowsports!
no I want quality equipment to compensate so I can really let myself go. I might be so fat I wash myself with a rag on a stick...but damnit, I'm gonna carve it up!

Sorry, this is what I was trying to say.
I do have a soft boot setup as well and ride at +15 front and +9 Rear, but what I saw yesterday was mostly about +15 front and -15 rear.
If you were to align your hips with front binding angle I feel it would really twist the rear hip in an unnatural position.
I used to be an instructor about 7 years ago and if a board came out of the rental shop like that it was sent back to be fixed.
Is this just another push towards everyone being a halfpipe rider and not all mountain.
Not trying to stir **** up just something I noticed more this year over last.
I have never even tried a pipe, I rode all mountain duckie and at the time it felt right

no student discount :( wishing I was a vet right now, 50% off! but those boys deserve it, when my brother gets back from his 2nd tour maybe we'll come over!

thanks for the responses everyone, I found these on amazon at a great price too! They look comfortable and protect the hips. I have always liked seirus gear, quality equipment at a fair price.
might grab one of these to scare the little park jibbers too!

not knowing the conditions and possible powder, my 200 tanker....I have a blast with it on groomed too. plus the look on everyones face is priceless!
-
I rode 15 and -15, dead center, 156cm board for 10 years. riding feels exactly the same regular and switch. Also gives the rider more balance for jibbing and rails. I think shaun white rides 15-15 as well and look what he can do! But my days of 25 foot rainbow rails are over. I'm riding 50/53 on my prior and 45/48 on my tanker.

boardski, are you gonna ride tomorrow?

Looks wunderful, another great BOMBER product.
- What is that 'wunderbar' for?
- When will the UPM version be available?
- Dimensions of the plate (in cm)?
- Dimensions of the 4x4 mount kit(in cm)?
Thanks, Hans.
We will also be offering the Boiler Plate “Wunderbar” which is a tool for aligning the plate lower hardware with more speed and accuracy (coming soon).

Occasionally I still skid out and smack my tailbone(still learning) and nothing pisses me off worse than my butt hurting for the next three days. My brother started wearing an azzpadz last year and seems to like it but there are several different brands/designs out there. Does anyone have a personal preference?
thanks
...and some of you are gonna say, "well don't fall down". so have this in advance.

I developed a drink at schweitzer nicknamed, "the panties will come off" has enough booze in it to not freeze the line. It was going well, until later during the night ski I couldn't stay out of tree wells for the life of me

i bet it has something to do with my noobish skill level but last year I was carving my tanker 200 better than my prior 185, hope to change all that this year though.
