  1. I thought most carvers or riders would know this (especially East Coast riders), but I guess my assumption is incorrect...3D is Burton's proprietary insert pattern, with 3 holes in a triangular configuration. 4x4 is the 4 hole square pattern the rest of the snowboarding world uses. I am advertising 3D cants, all at 7 degrees. Thanks.
  2. they are used but in great condition. $20/each, shipping included in the US.
  3. I need the width at the widest point...might not fit my board (skwal-ish)
  4. I contacted the e-mails posted, but no responses, so if there is anyone out there still interested in swapping heels with me, please let me know. Thanks, and I hope everyone is having a great holiday and riding season.
  5. 3 left... drop an e-mail if you are interested...
  6. buyer was a liar (hey, that rhymes), so it's still up for grabs... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7206224036
  7. Get it while it's dumping... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7205781611
  8. ...but I live in So CA (for now, looking for work back up north). If I am ever up your neck of the woods, I will give you a ring. So what year is your Intec heel? Anyway, keep shredding.
  9. How does $25 each sound (shipping included)?
  10. I can sell you just the left one for $25, shipped (if you are goofy footed). I only step-in with my right boot, so this other heel is useless to me...
  11. no worries, Scapegoat. and thanks, Ben, but I am looking for a way to have 2 right Intec heels, which is the reason for this post. I realize that the cables can be put on either heel and the outer shells are identical for both feet, but I can't use the Intec heel for the left boot on another right boot...I hope that makes sense (i.e. I want two right boots with Intec heels). That's why I am looking for a goofy footer who wants to swap one heel with me. Anyway, this is a great forum and all of you carvers are helpful, so thanks.
  12. I thought of that, so I opened up the Intec housings and took it apart. Unfortunately, it did not allow me to position the cable to the other side. I opened up both sets, and the mechanism is different for the right and left foot. Do you have the same thing? Take a look and you will see what I mean. If you know of a way to change the pieces out, I would appreciate the info...
  13. I just bought a pair of Intec heels, but I only need the right one, as I only ride my rear foot as a step-in (I ride regular). I don't see a point in making both feet step-in, since I only engage and dis-engage my rear foot. So my dilemma is that I have this intec heel for my left foot that I don't use. Is there any goofy foot hardbooters out there that would like to swap their right intec heel for my left one? That way we will both be able to set up another pair of boots as Intec. Any takers? My heels are brand new, but I will be more than happy to trade for a used right heel and cable assembly, as long as it's in great shape, and compatible with my other boots (Head). Let me know, and thanks for listening.

  18. Hey Jim, yup, I thought I would give up this jacket to a rider who could actually take care of it, without subjecting it to the corduroy burn ;) actually, I got plenty of jackets over the years, so this gift was just going to waste...might as well sell it. As for the lessons, no problem. Nothing to teach you, really. You knew what you had to do all along...as with all carvers, it's not about learning the skill, it's about having faith in the edge and executing...hope to see you up in Norhtstar some day...right now, I am bumming in So CA. Looking to move back to the Bay Area or Sac, so I will keep my eyes posted for some senior management/engineering ops up there. Have a great holiday season and a great riding season. You may see me on my custom skwal (actually it's narrower, so I don't even know what to call it ;)
  19. If you are interested, let me know. $30 for the pair. awesome_buys@charter.net
  20. They (e-Bay) would not give me a definite answer, but told me to contact Burton...I think someone in Vermont must do some random kind of e-Bay patrolling and pressures e-Bay to take down listings, those greedy bastards. I think that maybe since this is new, and I am a regular guy instead of a retailer, then I am somehow competing with other "legit" Burton sellers? My only other guess is that anything put on e-Bay somehow gives people the impression that the products are fake or inferior, which is rarely the case, and Burton doesn't want that . All I know is this jacket is the real deal because when I got it, the quality is definitely first rate. E-Bay definitely screwed this one up...
  21. great snowboard jacket for sale: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8736755280
