I just have so much trouble getting my deelux and UPZ to fit right.. and feel right... Just wonder what people have found our have done as alternative to snowboard boots.. and gone to a ski boot.. I found the Dabello Krypton Pro that seem as a good alternative.. the center buckle is like the Raichle allowing forward flex with out the buckle its self to impead forward lean as the UPZ do... When ever i have used a boot design like that , when in hard carving when forward flex is maximum the boot buckles touch stopping any more lean and ultimately unbuckling ,.. It my experience that boots that have the mid buckle where the foward flex takes just doesnt work for me.. others might ride a bit different so it doesn't come to play.. Another reason is..I always had a better fit in a ski boot.. The Dabello krypton pro seems like a good alternative... the only other issue with the ski boot is that it throws you in a forward lean.. But the new freestyle boots seem a bit more upright which would make life easier instead of adding toe lift and what not.. Just wondering if people have been experimenting and or trying other boots out there.. check out the kryton pro... Right said Schtubby..

The new material, known as aggregated carbon nanorods (ACNR), was created by compressing and heating super-strong carbon molecules called buckyballs or carbon-60. These molecules consist of 60 atoms that interlock in hexagonal or pentagonal shapes and resemble tiny soccer balls. The super-tough ACNR was created by compressing carbon-60 to 200 times normal atmospheric pressure, while simultaneously heating it to 2226°C. The properties of the resulting material were then measured using a diamond anvil cell at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility in France. This instrument squeezes a material between two normal diamonds, enabling researchers to study it at high pressure using synchrotron radiation – extremely intense X-rays which reveal the material’s structure. The researchers found their ACNR to be 0.3% denser than ordinary diamond and more resistant to pressure than any other known material. Industrial applications "Our material actually scratches normal diamonds," says Natalia Dubrovinskaia, of the University of Bayreuth, in Germany, who led the research. "We were very excited, and glad." While an ordinary diamond gets its hardness from the strong molecular bonds between each of its atoms, ACNR derives its strength from the fact that it is formed from interlocking nanorods, the researchers say. Dubrovinskaia told New Scientist the material could have a wide range of potential industrial applications. As it is stable at very high temperatures, she says it could be better than normal diamond for deep drilling and polishing abrasive materials. She also believes it will be easy to mass produce the super-tough material. "It's a very reproducible result," she adds.

I don't know if they are the same you know the pj5 and 7 im refering to.. I measured the pj five and it is barely 150 from tip to longest part of the tail.. but who know.. it the pj with purple tail and the 7 with the green see pic..

I didn't think people would need to know this since they are vintage boards but,, I guess people just gotta know this.. I don't have them.. Does any one have the full specs for the circa 1990-91 PJ-7, and PJ-5 Thanks, Shred

Your list is good,, its missing one. I had a flight back from Calgary a few years back.. and the last person on was a contestant on the world biggest loser...Im talking a 400lb women.. Im not lying..All I said was oooh please not me ,,,not me... and fdkl;faj.. she sat in our set on the Aisle... She couldn't even get in...so there I am ,,I mean fricken getting squeezed like a pimple... she fricken over lapped into half my seat.. obviously she need a belt extender..not one but two!!! We get into the flight, and its a red eye... the person in front reclines right into her fricken gut.. So she calls over the flight wench and ask if she can have the person in front to put her seat back up... She said No I can't do that , thats her seat and she has a right to recline.. so that ended. So the next thing she does is dig into her duffle bag size purse and pulls out a friikken huge bag of lays potato chips and just starts choppin... Are you kidding lady.. what the hell think got ya that big!!.. thats not it... she finished the bag... its now 2:00am and then she reaches in and continues to pull out more frislkdfing food.... NON stop she ate until we landed.. All this Time Helmut if laughing...you know why..because I was nice and said he could have that frilkkcnen window seat!! last time I do that... I fly alot so now i get the Aisle..and Im so anal about trying to get exit rows and bulkhead seats... I learn the airplane im flying on and strategically get my seat.. But the other missed one.. is when they put a movie on and ask the people lower the window shade and the one assss hooole next to you or in front don't put it down cause they want to look at clouds.. or read a book not turning the light on.... People are oblivius to anyone else... I try so hard to be a good passenger! Right said shred..

I just need to clean out.. but Im not just going to give em away hence the ebay.. Will see.. if reasonable from someone i'll listen.. who knows maybe someone in Japan will buy em..

Well I know its not an alpine.. but after much frustration of trying to list this board..Most I guess just don't have any idea what they are getting for the price.. I will sell this board shipped for $150.. this board is in like new condition.. And I really believe Im taking a bath.. but need to get the quiver down and free up some cash.. Other boards may be a mint PJ-7 with bindings and a used PJ-5 so I may post them individually.. email me if interested at rthut@zoominternet.net. I think most people here can ride... whats it worth??? dunno Im still ridding a 98 Ducati SuperSport FE.. Sure for 4000 less I can buy a R6 that pretty much smokes it.. but I like the way it sounds the way it handles and will always ride great.. h.mm My point is im always in the search of the perfect ride and feel..FOR ME.. For me I found that the Coiler Metals Schtubbys do it for me.. they make me more confident on ice and feel smooth so thats what I always search for.. I will pay for a board that does that.. even 44,000 dollars.. Its worth it and better if it allows the rider to excel .. I can't do that on anything else anymore..for me all other boards feel broken... I can ride them..but I'll always jump back on the metal.. I guess that why I can't stop buying or riding boards... its the endles pursuit of unltimate ride. So its only better if you like it.. but then you find something else.... I hate that...;)

looking for an aggression Stealth, PJ-6, Kemper apex in good condition..but cheap.. willing to trade my Donek Zie Scalpel 177 for it..so you would at least get a board thats modern... Tits for Tat... No schhit though... must be decent.. because if we trade the Scalpel 177 is very ridable..
